Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe

Today we'll be making sweet and sour chicken. A really tasty and easy recipe and a very popular asian recipe. The only downside is that it actually takes more than an hour to make so plan ahead!

3 chicken fillets
2-3 eggs
Olive oil (or any oil of your preference)
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of Ketchup
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
Some Sesame Seeds
1 cup Vinegar (white or apple)

Step 1
Cut the chicken in small pieces and cover them with the Cornstach.
Step 2
Cover the chicken with the beaten eggs
Step 3
Fry the chicken in a pan until brown. Not too much though, you don't want to cook it all the way through.

Step 4
Spread the chicken pieces out in a pan and cover them with half the sauce.  
For the sauce mix together the vinegar, the sugar, the ketcup, the soy sauce, the garlic powder and pepper.
Turn the chicken around to make sure they are covered at the bottom
Step 5 
You should turn the chicken every 15 min and bake them for a whole 1 hour.
This means you will have to turn the chicken 3 times.
Step 6 
Reduce th sauce, Shimmer the sauce in high temperature until it is 1/3 in size.

You can now stir fry some vegetables, make some noodles and enjoy your new dish :)
