Chicken With Vegetables Recipe



Hi everyone :)
Today we have a recipe to share with you~

It looks delicious, doesn't it??
It's chicken with vegetables and Noodles ^^
So keep on reading cause it's really easy to make :)

Step 1:

Gathering the materials

you will need (for 4 persons) :


  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 pack of Noodles 
  • 2 medium onions
  • 4 green peppers (or whatever peppers you like)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 gloves of garlic
  • 1 tomato
  • chilli sauce (not too spicy)
  • some bamboo shoots 
  • oil
  • 2 table spoons of soy sauce
  • 1/2  cup of orange juice
  • pepper
  • salt
  • other spices you like
Note that most of the are optional you can add or skip some of the ingredients and make the recipe you own :)

Step 2

Prepare Your ingredients








Start by cutting your chicken breasts in medium pieces as illustrated














Slice the 2 onions in medium pieces















Peel of the garlic and cut it in small pieces








Clean and cut the 2 green peppers 

















Peel of the carrot and slice it horizontically














Cut the apple in small piece as shown

















Cut the tomato in slices





Step 3


Let's start  the cooking! :)












Add 2-3 tablespoon of olive oil into a pan






Add the sliced chicken and cook the chicken until it changes it turns white at both sides








Next you should transfer it to a saucepan and let it sit there while you cook the vegetables

First cook the onion till they turn transparent(about 2-3 minutes) in medium heat and put them away with the chicken in the sauce pan.

Next you should add the sliced tomatoes and let them cook in the pan for a couple of minutes. After that you should add the carrot and cook them for about 2 more minutes. Next you add the apple and the Bamboo. And let them cook for about 2 minutes. And add them to the saucepan with the chicken.






Now you should fry the bell peppers for about 3 minutes. After that you should put them aside. (The reason why you shouldn't add them with the other ingredients is that you want the peppers to maintain their crispiness)




Now it's time to "Boil" the ingredients in the saucepan.  Add the orange juice to the mix as well.  Close the lid halfway (you don't want the micture too watery) and let them cook for about 10-15 minutes in medium heat. (With a wooden spoon try to press the chicken in the saucepan to make sure that's it's covered with the juices)





Meanwhile you add pepper, salt, spices and the mexican sauce and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.






After the 10' add the bell peppers, turn off the kitchen and let the food cool down.








In another saucepan we make the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
